Yes. I need better hooks that we can see what are total 1RM results with my bro.

Your inch db w/ cans should be in an energy drink commercial. Grip Monsters drinking Monster holding Inch casually chugging one of the cans and setting it back on. If people understood the difficulty..... That'd be a badass sponsor

INCH 79.4kg + Blob50 bicep curl 1st attempt

1x1 like napalm Jedd style. Inch touched my body but curl was ok

INCH 79.4kg + Blob50 bicep curl 2nd attempt ( I changed INCH and blob to other hands)

1x1 INCH ok but blob50 dropped from my hand

Hmm.... this feat looks like hard. I need more concentration.

- I hurted my obliquus internus abdominis at this feat. Nothing is not free.
