Good bend man looked very easy, you can get the bar higher though still and you are chicken winging it a little.-dropping the elbows-

The wraps will take some time to break in to where it will be tighter on the bar also so just keep bending you could volume bend those nails right now. I would try and find something a little harder also.

So I should drop my elbows less, and use more power from my wrists? Want to make sure I understand correctly. What do you reccomend next thats a bit harder, but cheap?

Watch my video this is what Stephen is talking about you will want the bar

More under your chin and drive the elbows down, good job and i would suggest

Going to tractor supply or fastenal and getting 1/4 cold rolled steel i bent 1/4 stainless

For a while but i got it free. Here is the video

if you blink, you miss the bend. Great job Manna. Now get that COC #3 cert. If you ever need anything, let me know. Borrow rated grippers, advice, anything......

Bend my first IM Red today in 1.25" doubles. Struggled a bit after 90 degrees, so the bend took about 4 minutes to complete. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiikE2vBIlk

Nice Bend! Even more impressive since you are a lighter frame. The more of these you do, your time should drop dramatically.

Try to practice staying higher up toward the ends of your hits. If you keep getting that low, you may make it a habit and end up invalidated a good bend on your Cert. day.

IM Cert. Rule ( 3. No part of the bender's arms or hands may touch the body below the waist level.)
