Stephen Ruby Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 Good bend man looked very easy, you can get the bar higher though still and you are chicken winging it a little.-dropping the elbows- The wraps will take some time to break in to where it will be tighter on the bar also so just keep bending you could volume bend those nails right now. The more of these you do, your time should drop dramatically. Try to practice staying higher up toward the ends of your hits. If you keep getting that low, you may make it a habit and end up invalidated a good bend on your Cert. day. IM Cert. Rule ( 3.
