Fumbling turned Wojo's 6 second bend into an 8 second bend. Aaron's was around 7 seconds...if you start at the first real hit. I think Chris Rider was around 8-9 seconds. These are the ones I know off the top of my head. I don't think anyone's really kept records on it...but JT's 4 second (non cert obv) Red still sets the standard for ridiculous. I don't want this thread to die, so if your training for the red post your progress here. I want to see some other guys fight and claw their way to the certification. A week ago my box of 60D's came in and I couldn't wait to start trying. I thought for sure a 60D would be too much for me since I just started, but I was able to bend one my first try I have always had naturally strong hands and wrists (yes, even though I'm 6'5 and 150 LBS). You are going to want to master the double overhand technique to bend the biggest steel possible.
