More testing first to see if it's something with my thyroid, heart, or liver that's making it happen. I guess with the non-obstructive the masks can actually make it worse due to the brain will send even less signals to breath with the positive air pressure. My O2 saturation would drop even more. 

 

I wonder if I'm getting brain damage?

Well just had a call to set up some more testing. In August I go for an Echo Cardiogram.

Before Supper
 
Week 4 squat. Found out more about my apnea with my respirologist yesterday. Apparently I have non-obstructive apnea which means there's not a physical blockage to me breathing but my brain just saying "hey, let's stop breathing for a bit". Damn brain is trying to kill me! Well up for another supper of tests. CPAP won't help this type. In fact it'll make it worse. Causes (if I remember right) can be thyroid, heart, or liver. Anyways, hope to find a solution.

I wasn't aware that the brain can try to commit suicide like that... damn man I really hope it's something simple and easy to fix.  Maybe hire someone to do CPR in the night?  Also, nice squatting man.  I love the speed squat work after the heavier stuff

Thanks guys. Hope to get it all straightened out. Looking forward to getting some energy back. I can get 8-9 hours of sleep at night and nap for another 1-2 in the afternoon and am still tired.
