Not nourished properly and we babysat the Grandgoober last night and today. I think he's slept for about 2 hours in that time. Got going but everything was feeling heavy so I did a deload rep/weight scheme on the 2HP (Jay had the grip seminar, grip together yesterday) and couldn't be bothered with more than a couple squat sets.
