Oh. That sucked at the end with the plates coming off. The wheelbarrow you use at Nats will be easier to steer.

Haha yeah I didn't think about that one when I dropped it quickly, and I felt bad because James spent around two hours building it! What events do you think I should focus on?

1. Press Medley (225 keg, 275 axle, 150 dumbbell for reps in 60 seconds)

2. Yoke Carry (700 for 60 feet)

3. Car Deadlift (down and up commands, suit allowed for reps in 60 seconds)

4. Carry Medley (275 keg for 60 feet, 250 farmers for 40 feet, 300 duck walk for 20 feet)

5. Keg Carry & Load over Bar (225, 250, 275 keg for 10 feet over 54 inch bar)

6. Wheelbarrow Carry (60 feet)
