Seven straight through then one more a few seconds later. Wasn't focused very well but RJ helped to get my head in the gym for a while. Had to cut the workout way short - sorry to say I had a family illness to deal with - but both working out and Ryan helped to lighten things up. Now, I just have to get it off the floor... Seated Calf Raises 4 plates x 10 x 4 Hamstring Curls 1 set to det max (150) (75% max) 110 x 10 x 2 I was sick to stomach all day yesterday so sure didn't expect a great DL day today.
