This was the last workout of my deload week. I look forward to moving some heavier weights as I get back into it.

Band Leg Curls (Purple Band):

Deadlift (17"):

135 x 8 (from floor)

635? x 0 (can't remember exact weight we used)

Deadlift from floor:

445 x 10 (had to stop - hip tightened up, had more in me in though)

Neutral Grip Pull-Ups:

2 x 8 x BW

Front Squats (ATG):

Been swamped working on my dissertation over the last few weeks so training has been erratic. Hopefully things will change after I defend on friday...... I think that's wishful thinking myself!!!!!
