schunajm Posted March 21, 2012 Author Share Posted March 21, 2012 3-12-2012 Military Press: 8 x 10 x 115 Pull-Up (With Green Band Assistance): 8 x 10 Cable External Rotations: 5 x 10 x 30 Push-Ups: 5 x 10 x BW 3-14-2012 Front Squat (ATG - pause in bottom 2-3 seconds): 3 x 6 x 225 Band Leg Curls (Purple Band): 3 x 15 3-17-2012 Deadlift (17"): 135 x 8 (from floor) 225 x 6 (from floor) 315 x 5 405 x 5 495 x 4 565 x 4 635? x 0 (can't remember exact weight we used) Deadlift from floor: 445 x 10 (had to stop - hip tightened up, had more in me in though) Neutral Grip Pull-Ups: 2 x 8 x BW 3-20-2012 Military Press: 3 x 10 x 135 Chin-Up (Dead Hang): 3 x 8 x BW Cleans: 4 x 3 x 225 Front Squats (ATG): 2 x 6 x 225 Been swamped working on my dissertation over the last few weeks so training has been erratic.
