Compre el T y #1 en Junio, y me tomo como 2 meses poder cerrar el #1 con mi mano dominante (derecha).. y el progreso ha sido lento, pero al menos ha habido progreso. Creo que el progreso ha sido lento, en parte porque hasta agosto del año pasado, nunca habia levantado pesas!!! .. Desde que era joven era gordo, y con el tiempo fui engordando mas.. tengo 178cm, y llegue a pesar 116 kilos! De pura grasa, nada de musculo. El año pasado empece a hacer cardio y a comer mas saludablemente, y sin darme cuenta me puse en 80 kilos. Ahora debo tener como 83.. pero como te dije, creo que para cerrar grippers grandes, hay que ser "overall strong" como dirian los gringos... alguien debil que nunca levanta pesas, si entrena su agarre solamente, pues vera progreso, pero no tanto como si entrenara su cuerpo entero!! .. planeo seguir entrenando, pero por ahora mis numeros dan verguenza.. gracias a este foro al menos he aprendido que debo hacer los "compound excercises", y no las decenas de ejercicios de aislacion que hacen las personas en los gimnasios! .. por cierto, tengo 23 años, asi que creo que todavia estoy a tiempo para algun dia ser fuerte, jeje. Aunque viendo que aca en el foro hay muchachos de 17 años cerrando el #3 y mas... pues ojala hubiese comenzado a levantar pesas mucho antes!! Donde pinsas competir agarre, en el compeonato europeo? Hay unos tipos que son unos bestia en Europa!!! Aunque veo que tu no estas tan lejos, pero creo que tu fuerza en general es mas impresionante que tus numeritos en agarre, segun veo en tu log!! Jose Jara Posted February 11, 2007 Author Share Posted February 11, 2007 I competed in powerlifting - year 2004- my best is 265 kg squat, 180 kg bench, 275 kg deadlift. 720 k of total, i competed in 100 kg class ( 98,8 kg bodyweight) and were done in IPF with IPF gear but the deadlift was raw (except the belt).
