Friday 1th August

- Deadlifts on 2 inch bar, overhand: 147,5 k x 3, 3 sets.

- Close grip bench press: work up to 140 k x 6

- Some other stupid work like Pullovers on machine...

- One hand pinch holds: 3 sets of 10-12 seconds with 27,5 k

- Grippers: BBGM x 1, #3 x 0, #3 x 0, BBGM x 1. Better than past week but not strong, no more training until the contest.

- One hand deadlifts on Eleiko Powerlifting bar:

- Rolling Thunder "Thumbless", without the weight of loading pin, carabiner and handle:

Now, i'm training grip everyday and the routine is working very good for me. In the other weight training, i'm not at my best but i want to hit some PR's soon.

Tuesday 9th December

First workout of the year, a little bit down because i'm tired....

Friday 2-1-09

- One hand deadlift "thumbless" Powerlifting Eleiko bar

The next monday i'll begin the training for the Spanish Grip Champs. 3 workouts a week, downloading the volume and frequency for 8 weeks, hopefully some strength gains!
