Whats ez curl?

A barbell curl but instead of using a barbell you are using an ez-bar. An ez bar looks lke this, and it is easier on the wrists than barbell curls for many people.

I can lift more than i cna on a barbell just because it is comfortable on the wrists. I don't know about anyone else because everyone at my gym seems to always use the ez bar for curls and not the barbell.

17/12/06 - grip

grippers - heavy singles, individual finger work, strap holds with up to 30kg.

full ROM strict wrist curlz up to 80kgx10 first time since my injury to flexor tendon just taking it real easy.

random stuff with the RB260 that used to belong to Martin Smith. I like this gripper, it is harder than your average #3. I rate it at around 3.15-3.2 strength

almost closed the filed #2 using just the ring and pinky tonight. :rock

other random stuff with my grippers

20kg 6'' pinch work. Very easy now.

It can't happen because my #3 is filed. Modified grippers cannot be used (even though i 'modified' it to make it harder). I'll have to borrow/buy another #3 to do it.

Take $20 out of your wallet, buy a new coc#3 and go for it!
