CoC#3
Heal up bro.Damn that is some big RT work even when your injured!! Whats your best single on that without including the RT and loading pin you beast! Thanks Chris, bro. To be honest i only do beyond the range singles. I have done the weight of the inch (77.5kg) standing on 2 benches so that the handle is just above my feet, as this is the best way to duplicate the inch lift i could think of! I will try a normal single after my millenium attempt and i expect over 90kg.

CoC#3
I dont know what any of that grip work means!!?? But it sounds very impressive!!! 430kg is a lot of weight! I know you should really start supplementing your grippers with other forms of grip work like supporting grip as i am doing here (the benefits will be great). What i am doing is seeing how much i cna hold in my hands over a 2'' range of movement.

CoC#3
MARKR - thanks bro. I haven't tried. I reckon 70-75kg is doable for me, the weight of the inch though would probably be a little too much at this time. lifesnotfair - most people , i'm assuming you've looked at my vids: i do look a lot older than i am. having a goatee and being 30lbs overweight doesn't help. CoC#3
Hey Klicks that's a big compliment, it's nice to know my posts come over as mature. TODAY'S SESSIONS 12/12/06 am - legs zerchers from bottom - 180kgx2, 140kgx6, 100kgx12 all very easy leg press - up to 470kgx5 calf work leg extensions and leg curls hypers 30mins treadmill pm - grippers warmups filed #2: 1 rep each hand filed #3: achieved 2 reps with the left today and a bunch of easy singles. Right is still missing it by about the width of a piece of paper. Also did some reps holding the spring and banged out 8 with the left. Did a few sets of negs with the right hand. a good attempt with 2 fingers with the left hand. Still not closed, but getting there. HG400: 9 reps with right, 10 reps with left, 2 finger closes with both hands (very easy). I then attempted shutting this using just my index finger and a deep set but got own3d filed #2 a few speed singles 2 finger closes also got it pretty close with 1 finger and a deep set! a few inverted reps #1 6 reps each hand with index finger only. (very easy) closes with ring/pinky fingers only 100 reps each hand in one go to cooldown my hands pinch work 21kg on 6'' pinch tonight with both hands - easy PR. assorted stuff with the pinch blocks i need to try the blob! bent a 60d nail. did some chest crushes with the #1 but my pec delt insertion is still injured so i stopped. stretching notes non filed #3 is doable now with 2 fingers will start negs with the #4again next week, recently i have had a break from negs and have just worked a few reps on the #3 and individual finger stuff. pinch is getting better i reckon 25kg+ on 1 6'' pinch block will ensure i could lift the blob. This is what sucks about living in the Uk and the back end of nowhere there is no equipment around here!!!!!!!
