Timmy
Started on friday, the wet weather made it a little depressing..... Grip: Forced OC with the HC SE - 5 x 5.......Holding the last rep for time Also closed my #4! Thickbar deadlift and Hold( One Hand: 2.5"): 100lbs x 5 seconds 120lbs x 5 140 x 5 I started to feel my grip fail, so I focused on Static strength: 160lbs x 5 seconds x 2 sets When I finished the workout, I had this gut feeling that I wasn't quite done............ So, I had to suppliment this with some standing hammer-curls.....and my arms are still feeling the affects! HC: 75lbs x 15 reps with right arm - and 60lbs x 15 with left( I felt 20 was well in range, so I'll increase it to 65lb on next workout.) Timmy
Ok Today I worked some reps on my #3 Gripper: 1/1, 1/3, 5/5, 3/6 I finished up with statics hold on a 100kg DB. The temperature is around 100 Degrees F, so keep the composure in my hands was a tough job.
CoC#3
nice work Timmy! 100kg DB hold is good stuff! Has it got a thick handle?
Timmy
nice work Timmy! 100kg DB hold is good stuff! Has it got a thick handle? It was done on a thin handle to make it a little more difficult to anchor.

Maus
damn, nice work is being done here. I see you do holds, how much can you hold double pronated on a regular bar, just to now where I stand at the moment
Timmy
This is what I mean by an Isometric Hold. What do you mean by a " Double Pronated on a Regular Bar"? Edited November 30, 2006 by Wannagrip

Timmy
Ok, Ok! Felt good this evening, so I gave the #3 a noset close on camera! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-bkiOfLlgU I did my Forced closes with the HC SE : 5 x 5 - held the last rep off. I had to hold the gripper by the top of the handle on the last 3 sets, because the Burs at the bottom tore my skin open - but the file fixed that! I we do a 100lb bag carry, then a regular workout. -cherrio
Timmy
Forget the regular workout. I had a session with a variety of Wrist Curls, and standing Hammer Curls. Wrists: 2 Sets of Back and Front levers - standing up. 3 sets of bench Levers - kneeling down on the bench. Curls: 15 reps of 60lbs in the left arm, and 20 reps of 75lbs in right. 100lb bag carry over 1/2 of a mile. Teemu I
Well, looked good, but which #4 was it? The one that lost its spread? If it wasn't, I'll be one of the first to congratulate you. Edited November 17, 2006 by Teemu I
