David Horne Posted January 12, 2006 Author Share Posted January 12, 2006 Shoulders circuit tonight; Lateral Raise, Front Raise, Press, Alternate Press, Row Circuit above done with light dumbells, and done for 15, 12, 9 and 6 reps on each exercise all the way through, without putting the dumbells down.
