priznr
i am doing sled-GPP every rest day.. THAT IS THE BEST DEVICE EVER CREATED \ i made my sled out of a big rubbermaid bin , loading pin, and some rope.. it hasn't made me sore yet, i've used it 3 times, and in one session i did over 200 sled-rows... incredible.. they were somewhat heavy too.. 90 lbs. pulling.. the concentric only style of many sled exercises really does work! just had to share my excitement.. oh ya, tomorrow i try sled-neck front/back/side gpp..
