i am doing sled-GPP every rest day.. THAT IS THE BEST DEVICE EVER CREATED

\

i made my sled out of a big rubbermaid bin , loading pin, and some rope.. it hasn't made me sore yet, i've used it 3 times, and in one session i did over 200 sled-rows... incredible.. they were somewhat heavy too.. 90 lbs. pulling.. the concentric only style of many sled exercises really does work!

just had to share my excitement.. oh ya, tomorrow i try sled-neck front/back/side gpp.. :D

yesterday: 2 and 1/2 inch handle one arm DL, 130 each hand..

3" bar behind back wrist curl, that f'd my wrist 100 lbs. was good though

some claw stuff, i suck at these , claw things from rick walker, thnx again rick!

today: sled GPP

tons of stuff... goodmorning walks, rear fly/front fly, behind hams walk.. and

and

and

BACK/FRONT/EACH SIDE NECK WALKS. those rock.

this sled is great, i felt weaker on right side lateral neck walk.. this thing is great for bringing up weaknesses..
