Well the meet went well. My match ended rather quickly. The guy i was wrestling tore his acl or dislocated his kneecap (not sure which one i couldnt understand what coach said because of my headgear) In the 2 years ive wrestled ive seen 2 guys go to the hospital with injuries and both were because of me

Damn! That's life for ya. It doesn't sound like something you did, sounds like something he did, but ah well, it happens. < <

Update on the past few days

Thursday

Worked grippers in school

Had wrestling practice. Felt the best i felt all year abosultly amazing

Friday I tnsed the hg300 and sent it to clay for review.

k yesterday i had a pretty hard practice. I felt good and wrestled good

Today i had to wrestle of for the varsity spot and lost by 1 point Which sucked. What happened was i got the first take down(2-0) then got called for locking hands(2-1 i didnt really lock hands:( ) That was the end of the period.i then took a bad shot and he got a take down(3-3) the period was over. I was on top got to high and he threw a reversal(3-5 the move was illegal and he should have been called(head coach said so the assistant coach was doing the scoring)) i Almost hit a stand up but he pushed me out of balnce right when i got out, so it stayed no change THere was a min and half left and the other guy staled the whole time he only got hit for staling once(5-4)

i think after a min and a half of staling you should be called atleast 2 times... o well ill get him next time

okay heres my new diet

Meal 1- 6:00 AM

3 eggs

2 pices of toast

3 cups of Milk

banana

Multi Vit, Calcium, Fishoils

Meal 2- 8:30 am

Wardog Weight Gain Bar

30 pistachio's

banana

Meal 3- 10:10 am

Turkey Sandwhich(2 pices of bread, 6 oz of turkey, Lettuce, Tomato)

Yogurt

Apple

Meal 4( PRE WORKOUT)-2:30pm

.5 cups of brown rice

Protein Shake

1 Pice of bread

Meal 5(POST WORKOUT)-6:00 pm

1 cup oatmeal

1 powerbar

Protein Shake

Apple

Anti Oxidents

Meal 6- 7:30

What ever is served

For Example

1 chicken breast

1 sweetpotato

2 cups of green beans

1 cup Milk

Meal 7- 9:00-10:00

1 can tuna

Casein Protein Shake

1 tablespoon olive oil

Multi Vit, Calcium, Fishoils

Calories: 5117

Fat 111 Grams 19%

Carbs 595 Grams 45%

Protein 443 Grams 36%

im looking to add some more calories...

My Goal is to gain about 10 lbs

What do you guys and gals think any suggestions are welcomed

okay heres a update

on the 17th i had a meet i didnt get to wrestle but our team won

on the 18th i had a rest day

the 19th i had a intense practice which absoultly killed me

the 20th practice was a little lighter... I felt great.. I am felling real good now

the 21st and 22nd practices were real light as i practiced with jv...

the 23 i had a match agains teh other teams captain and pinned him... The guy had 10 lbs on me(my deit hasnt givven me any lbs yet ) i had him on his back the whole second period but couldnt stick him. I pinned him in the begining of the 3rd period... It was a great match... I need to work on coming out agressive. I could have ended the match first period if i was more agressive

I have today and tommrow off anf then back to practice on monday

My grip strength is lagging not as strong as it use to be...

My bench was good im sure i can get 210 up if i do it first i was just to tired..

the rest of my workout went well

The numbers would be bigger if i got more then 4 hours of sleep last night and didnt have a wrestling match yesterday.. I was still sore from that

Paul,

Hang onto those videos for a while. There are some changes happening in the cert program and I won't be doing the work on the site or certs anymore. Nothing bad between me and Heavy Sports, I just haven't had the time.

well heres what ive been up to my past couple of days

Sunday: Off

Monday: Had Wrestling pracitce. felt kind of sick, and i wrestled really bad

Tuesday: I had a wrestling tourtment ended up taking gold. Winning 4 matches. No pins though :( The part i was excited about is i wrestled in the 191 wieght calss and wieghed in at 180.6... I need to gain some wieght... Even with the weight disivantage i still won :)

Wednsday: Off

Thursday: Pactice felt good. Wrestled good nice practice

Friday: Speed lower

Speed Squat with #2 band 145x3 145x3 145x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 PR + 45lbs and bands

1 legged squat 55(in each hand)x8 55x8 PR + 5lbs +2reps

Barbbel shrugs 235x8 235x10

Speed squats were nice its been a while since i did them. Was my first time using bands and i loved them

1 legged squats a heat with a passion

Barbbel shrugs were nice

good short workout

Thick Bar double overhand deads 135x1 135x1

Thich Bar Clean and pres 135x5 135x5 135x5

Thick Bar double overhand deads 225x1 225x1 300x0(about half way up before grip gave out) 275x1 275x1

Static thick bar hold 275x10-15 secs not sure exactly how long

Wrist Roller 35x4

The deads went well i was hoping for the 300 but otherwise it went well

The clean and press felt very good and i think i could do much more wieght

The thick bar hold is killer on the wrist. My thick bar is completly smooth no kurling so it makes it even harder and I used no chalk except on the 300

dead attempt

My wrist roller bar is 2 inchs thick. and absolutly fried my for arm

This is my first time doing any of these exersizes
