here are my 2 workouts im chocing between

please pick which one you think is better. You can also post tips on how you think i can improve eachone

Workout 1

gripper D is the gripper im working on

GRIPPERS

Gripper A - 1 set of 6 reps both hands.

Gripper B - 1 set of 6 reps both hands.

Gripper B - 1 set of 6 reps inverted closes

Gripper C - 3 set of 3 reps both hands.

Gripper D - 3 set of 1 reps both hands(attempt).

Gripper B - 3 set of 6 reps both hands.

Gripper E - 10 set of 1 negatives/holds both hands.

PINCHING

1-10 - Lift and hold 2 sets of 10 seconds each hand.

2-10 - Lift and hold 2 sets of 10 seconds each hand.

3-10 - Lift and hold 2 sets of 10 seconds each hand.

Any prior experience with grippers?  If so, what can you close?  Or should I say what can you MASH?

never trained with grippers

but i am a wrestler and have been doing heavy deads and shrugs without straps. Wrist curls, plate pinchs and towel pullups. Im hoping for my grippers to come tommrow and ill gewt my first workout in

Meal 1: 3 eggs 2 pices of bread

Meal 2: wardogs wieght gain bars

Meal 6: protien shake

Meal 7: beef stew

Meal 8: a can of tuna, cashews

Sleep=3 Fatigue=2 Stress=4 Soreness=5

yea im prolly one of the lone wrestlers trying to gain wieght :p

Consider yourself very lucky, enjoy this while it lasts. Of course you could always go heavyweight in a few years.

Bench and pushups were nice

Hammergrip pullup was great first set. Second set sucked dont know why> third set was absultly horrible

Overall: B

Game went good today. I made 2 mistakes all game othere then that i played good. Got some huge hits. Should have scored if i didnt make one of them mistakes :p

overall game went well even though the refs sucked

but i am really pissed my grippers didnt come yesterday i had a workout planned today :/

wrist training today

when i say 20 i mean 2 10's back to back (smooth sides out)

when i say 30 i mean 3 10's back to back to back(smooth sides out)

crushed an apple before this workout tryed with my right hand only failed tryed with my left failed. Tryed with my right again failed... Used both hands to get started and then finshed with just my right :p

Plate wrist curls

Right Hand 10x15 20x10 20x10 20x10

Left Hand 10x15 20x10 20x10(used right hand to help on last 2 reps) 20x10

Plate pinching

Right hand: 10x60secs 20x35secs 30x9secs

Left Hand: 10x60 secs 20x34secs 30x8secs

Thumb Work

I used the clamps of my olympic wieght set and closed them a little past parrellel

Right And LEft hand: x10 x10 x10

Extensor Work

I used 3 hair tie things around my finger tips and opened my hand up

Right and Left hand: x10 x10

got my grippers today

could TNS hg100 and the hg150 with the right hand

can TNS hg 100 with left and get 1/8 a mm away with the hg 150

could close the hg300 with both hand :p

i think with a little practice on tequnique i can get the hg 200

My Goal Gripper is HG200 could do negs with 250 so i do them with 200

GRIPPERS

HG 100 - 1 set of 6 reps both hands.

HG100 - 1 set of 6 reps both hands.

HG100 - 1 set of 6 reps inverted closes both hands

HG 200 - Negtive both hands

HG100 -Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands

HG 200 -Negtive both hands

HG100-Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands

HG 200- Negtive hold for 20 seconds(left) 22seconds(right)

HG 100-Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands

HG 200- Negtive hold for 20 seconds(right) 24(left)

HG 100-Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands

HG 200 - Negtive hold for 25 seconds(right) PR + 3 seconds 30 sec(left) PR + 6 seconds

HG 100 -Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands

im wierd im better at negs with my left and over crushes with my right

my left hand has better endurance right hand stronger

im still finding that sweet spot

Man the pullups were great ive never done 13 pullups and i did it with 10 lbs added BOOSTED

nice workout. Great sore already :p hope i can walk tommrow

proablly could do more wieght but its my first time doing atg squats(of course i pick a hard set rep scheme for my first time :p)

I CLOSED THE HG200 TODAY

i closed it with my right hand and can do it consistently and i got it once or twice with my left

SO HAPPY :)

That's awesome! You are well on your way! The HG250 by the end of November!!! :yikes:rock

ill keep working on it
