Hey Franky.

Sorry for that. A bad and painful Injury.

I crashed with a chair onto my thumb. No joke :(

No Grip work is possible. Nothing, no grippers, no bending.....

The Doc said its a problem with the tendon.

How long it takes? No idea. I check grip training every day, only one set gripper close with the Trainer. No way.

I rest, let it recover and than I will attack again the RED.

I keep you informed.

Uh,

sounds bad.

Strained tendon probably.

Yes that can take some time.

All the best for a quick recovery and strong comeback.

Moser take the proper time to allow it to heal and it will probably benefit you by allowing the rest of your tendons, ligaments and muscles involved in bending to repair and grow stronger. You have a strong heart so you will be back soon and conquer your goal. :rock
