Hi,

I though I would start a training log so i could get feeback from other members on the forum. I am into powerlifting, grip, odd object lifting. i will try to cover all aspwcts of the strength game that interest me.

chain suspened lockouts is a killer tricep movemet i start the movemt with my upper arm parraell to the floor. it shows how weak my tris really are.

Cool stuff Jeremy. I tell ya, those chain suspended GM's are a killer. I kinda chuckled when I saw that you did 315 and then missed 365. I did the same thing some time ago. I hit 315 smooth but 365 felt like it was a ton and didn't move!

chain suspened goodmornings blast the posteroir chain like nothing else.= big squats and deadlifts :rock I took too big of a jump and got stapled. damn ego. Clay what is your best chain suspened close stance good morning?

1/22/05 Grip

today I went out to Jake Brooks to train grip. There was about 7 of us there. If i forgot someone i apoligize. There was lots of awesome lifts. Here is what i did( if my memory serves me correctly)

1/23/04 speed bench

I weighed myself this moring

Body weight 201.5 just were i though i was. I am going to stay at this weight and drop about 5lbs for my meet in April so i will be a heavy in the 198lb class.

bench press(double looped minis)

I took a wide grip on these which is my weakest grip.(idex on just the outside of powerring). i am trying to work on tucking the bar., then flareing my elbows at the top. at the top. i will stick with this grip for another 2 weeks.
