jimwylie1
Dave I didn't notice what you were lifting on the rolling thunder last night. How does your inch strength translate on your rolling handle?
David Horne
The other night I did 77.5k for 18 secs, and 87.5k for 5 secs holds. So right now I look like I am Rolling Thundering 10k more than my Inch. I've only just started back on this exercise, but in the past I did 105k for 8 secs and 100k for 16 secs, but this was when I didn't have an Inch bell. I think I could have been hoisting more than the Inch bell then. Maybe it's age catching up with me. David DaveI didn't notice what you were lifting on the rolling thunder last night. Jedd Johnson
Nice work David! Those wrist curls are impressive!Jedd, how you doing with this? ← I suck. I have succeeded in getting one bell off the ground a few times. I injured the back of my left hand/wrist lifting one morning. My right is fine, but i can't lift it off the ground. David's wrist strength is great. That is for sure. I have tried all the training techniques for this style of lift that I have for the thumb-on style. -Jedd-
