Without noting every weight we did: Blobs Bomb 1-hand pinch 1-finger oly lockouts monkey oly lockouts 1-arm snatch 1-arm strict press RT classic and thumbless front lever grippers all styles Tugs inch bending This morning I don't really feel rested, strange ... It ws only 15° but thats a fine start. Next saturday I will probably do a very serious (DO) session. Some options are: 5.5" Red 6" Hexabastard 7" Shiny Bastard 5/16" G5 ???? But I agree, it turns very easily into a sidepress, yes. I probably can't do 37kg strict then. Yesterdays training: Bench Warmup 2x10x20kg 5x60kg Training 5x72,5kg 3x82,5kg 2x91kg 6x98,5kg 6x98,5kg 3/6x98,5kg 10x80kg My left arm just sucks. Today a sad job: I had to dig a grave for our 15 years old kitty who passed away that morning during an epileptical attack. Lefty was killing me but I didn't care. Still a PR. Afterwards I tried grippers again and got a double out of my eazy #3. WAY OFF and the two little fingers aren't very amused about the load. I failed in bending a 5.5" Red, got it to 70° in 10s and that was it. Its still the sweep and there I have no form at that length. Tom failed on the Huge Bastard Cert, but as usually was bleeding like stupid. So he did 2 Big Bastard instead. I got some new PRs: Bending G8 old terminator style to 21°. One arm snatch 52,5kg Video Deadlifts 1x3x200kg (440#) Erik got a fine PR with 200kg in the DL and I tried to rep it, got 3 of them. FBBC BOMB 53,75kg (116#) net weight. RT thumbless To my and Eriks and Toms big surprise I nearly got 75kg to full DL. Super Wide Pinch (10cm) on a block 35kg with my right to full DL. As usual a lot of fun with the guys. Strict Lever To Nose Warmup 1x3x3kg 1x5kg Training 6kg LH: 2 (PR) RH: 5 (PR) 5kg LH: 3,3 RH: 6,8 Those hurt a bit between the thumb and index finger. Strict Shoulder DB Press LH: 22kg x 5,8,7,6,6 Left hand only since my right is so dominant in that exercise that it needs no training yet. Nice improvement on the wrist. I was a bit unsure if it was really soreness but in the evening it was gone. Workout #9 (of 16) Today again the 'easy' workout of the week. (I'm doing 2 workouts per week, the 'easy' workout is the one with 2 days rest after it, the heavy is the one with 3 days rest after it). Warmup 1x10x20kg 1x10x27.5kg (Heike benched with me so I used her weight as the 2nd warmup set) 1x5x60k Training 5/5x80kg 2/2x92.5kg 1/1x100kg 3/3x112.5kg (should be a PR for the 3RM) 3/3x112.5kg (could replicate it but needed assistance: 2nd set on 112.5kg ) 8/8x95kg Reached all goal reps!
