Its the easier (non-lubricated) one.

07/11/2006 Wrist Flexors

- 2-hand plate wrist curls

- lever to nose strict style

Those are my favourite exercizes for the wrist flexors.

I did only a small session to get a feel for the load I want to do.

07/12/2006 Blob and Inch

Received my new toys from Heav Grip Tools:

A 53kg Inch (same handle as original)

a 20kg Block Weight and

a 25kg Block Weight

The block weights have a Blob shape.

Played alot with those and with adding weights to them.

Uploaded two vids in my gallery:

Rowing the little Inch

Adding 5kg total via magnets

I can lift it with my left also but I already feel the rotation.

The 20kg Block is pretty easy to lift with my right, for the left its the max.

I nearly got a full DL with it with my right when adding 1.77kg.

The 25kg Block is glued to the ground. :rolleyes

Well, lets see what I can do.

07/13/2006 Baby-Inching 53kg version

Did about 15 lifts lefty and righty and went for 63kg then: 2 out of 3 lifts righty.

Today my forearms are a little sore.

This evening finally full metal jacket in DL and Bench.

07/14/2006 1RM Test Bench and DL

Bench: 120kg (+5kg)=264# :angry: , very disappointing. I'll repeat that test again next week and hope its better then.

DL: 220kg (+20kg)=484#, that good. I made a video of that attempt:

That was my very first lift that close to my max.

Nice frank, but:

You round your back a bit, don't

Try to get your butt lower, so you 'pull' more with your legs

don't yank the weight, but when in position, try to give a little pull, so your body gets tight, and then PULL..

enjoy!

You know I just DL for fun.

Never had a trainer or someone else watching me during a lift.

I started to train very seriously about 7 weeks ago and thats the outcome.

07/15/2006 Inch-Training

10 lifts L&R with my 53kg Inch + 2.5kg total.

I can't let the fingers away from that thing.

I'll focus on benching the next weeks and do DL only from time to time.

Yesterday I tried to continental clean my 53kg Inch. :whacked

I've no clue how that should work.

In the evening some levering to the nose.
