Very nice PR! I have to start kicking my ass into gear on these, but my lower back is always hurting recently.

Congrats on those PRs.

Hmm, I'm now motivated to do some deads also.

I'll put them on my schedule for next wednesday.

thanks guys, its been a slow go but I am getting very close to getting back to my all time best deadlift of 430.

stiff legged deads

185x10

235x5

255x5

Did these immediatly following squats so they were a little lower than usual. I did these yesterday, and because of them and my other leg work I can hardly walk.

I had trouble letting out the clutch on the way home from the gym, almost stalled my car!

18" deads yesterday

135x5

225x1

315x1

405x1

435x1PR

445x0 Got it half way up and then my legs straightened and back rounded.

What would be a good weight for me to shoot for on these for my comp in may? I already know I will place low on the viking press so i would like to shoot for a weight that would get me in the middle of the field. I dont think that 535 would be unreasonable since I have moved up 30lbs just since the 21st of feb and I feel I still need a lot of form work.
