Jeff Parker Posted March 5, 2005 Author Share Posted March 5, 2005 thanks guys, its been a slow go but I am getting very close to getting back to my all time best deadlift of 430. stiff legged deads 185x10 235x5 255x5 Did these immediatly following squats so they were a little lower than usual. I did these yesterday, and because of them and my other leg work I can hardly walk. I had trouble letting out the clutch on the way home from the gym, almost stalled my car! What would be a good weight for me to shoot for on these for my comp in may? I already know I will place low on the viking press so i would like to shoot for a weight that would get me in the middle of the field. I dont think that 535 would be unreasonable since I have moved up 30lbs just since the 21st of feb and I feel I still need a lot of form work.
