The 510 was a little high ... about parallel.  My first attempts at the #3 in awhile were poor, probably 4-5mm apart.  Just didn't feel that good on the set or sweep.

I destroyed the Golden Bastard right down to the end-of-the-crush.  The first 95% of the bend took about 15 seconds; the last 1/8" took about a minute.

Everything felt pretty good today.  The 126 just touched and was probably right at max for me right now with a 25mm block.

Squats felt strong today.  My raw max is probably right around 405-410 ... the 410 might have been at parallel or a little below.  605 felt pretty heavy on walkouts.  It's amazing the difference that 50lbs. can make when adding weight on, especially if you're not used to it.

All-around good session today.  The crush on the shoe was tough, but, overall, a surprisingly quick bend.  I'm almost half-tempted to try one of my SSP 8x18 #000 shoes, but don't know if I'm quite ready to be humbled like that.  At my best, I was taking them to 120-150 degrees on most attempts, but there were a few that stopped me on the kink around 30-40 degrees.

The 190 overhead press was sloppy, but it went up (semi-strict).  I think my PR on the overhead strict axle is 190-195.

Squats and grippers felt strong today.  I missed both attempts at the #3 by about 1-2 mm.  Just having some issues with that last part, especially while trying to film heavier attempts.

Today was my first attempt ever at the Stainless Steel Bastard.  (I put the video up in the bending section.)  It wasn't quite what I was expecting, as it seemed a little too easy on the kink.  So, mistakenly, I ended up laying off a little on the sweep and got humbled at the end on the crush, where it absolutely stopped at about 3 inches.  So, after waiting a few minutes, I wrapped up another one, and took it down with more of a vengeance.  These are interesting bars to bend ... not-so-bad on the kink and sweep, but absolutely brutal on the crush.  Especially right at the end.
