Did some drop sets CCS work after the PR. I guess the key for me in CCS grippers is to do NOTHING besides grippers. Maybe throw in a bit of training varience? Not being wiseguy or anything, but just noticing you are doing a lot of the same stuff gripperwise for a long time now.
