Jedd Johnson
Without oly plates that small, How do I micro load the Ted's Shed bar? Rick, I can get you some cow magnets if you'd like. They work well for micro-loading. Let me know. -Jedd-
bencrush
Rick, great log. How much do you think you'll have to lift on the 2.5" non-rotating handle before you can deadlift the Inch? I must be miles away still (which I was aware of, sadly) because I can only deadlift 145 with a 2.375" handle. Holy crap you've got to be close. Right? OldGuy
It occured to me that doing holds with Farmer's walk bars with handles of 2 3/8'' diameter may be of help.
Jedd Johnson
No doubt about that one, Old Guy. -Jedd-

Rick Walker
Nah. I have had to abandon so I can prepare for the GGC. Cant do both. Though, maybe, just maybe, my rolling thunder work will help my inch... Rick Walker
Jedd Johnson
Ya know, Rick. Maybe to mock the inch's torque, you SHOULD try pulling the RT fast? What do you think? -Jedd-
ghd56
Rick, You may have tried already, but negatives have been very productive for me in thick bar. Load the bar to 175 or so, lift it with two hands, let go with one and hold for time. Grease the groove and do it 3-5 times per day, not during 'a workout.' This way there's no recovery time and you're always fresh. Good luck. John DiStano
