FrankyBoy Posted July 25, 2004 Author Share Posted July 25, 2004 Hey Ben. Thanks for asking. I'm focussing currently on pinching (ok, ok and powerballing ). So I only test myself from time to time with the grippers. Funny thing is that I'm getting significantly stronger lately: In the last three weeks I closed three different grippers which I haven't before and yesterday I missed my brand new #3 only by less than 1/16" and thats really a toughy. Before you ask: I include super wide pinching (3.7" wooden block) and that seems to strengthen my crushing grip. To be honest: Up to now I simply forgot the No-Set close of the GM since my very next goal is the MM1 cert. Good that you remembered me, Ben. Will try it.
