Guest gripmaster316
Rotations and figure eight motions tax my forearm more then my wrist. I believe having well trained wrists is good, better then nothing.
kyle102887
Then why don't you do more lever ups than the rotations or sometiong eperiment with an exercise and see if it works you forearms mor than your wrists. Strong wrists is the name of the game Nik.
Guest gripmaster316
I do plenty of "lever ups." I call them front levers.

Guest gripmaster316
There is going to be a slight modification in my journal. It is now going to display the exercises that I will do for arm wrestling training. However, no-setting the three is still a goal. John Brookfield suggested this workout and I am giving it a try. Todays session: wrist lever (with a 10lb. empty bar) with right and left hand: 4 sets of 7 figure 8 motions, and 4 sets of 8 rotations JB suggests using the IM stacker but I don't have one, looks like it is time to get some bricks. grippers: SM attempted no-set but failed, did this 3 more times pinch: 2 25's hold for 12 sec. Did this 2 more times hand recovery: Don't have dexeterity balls so I am using some grandaddy marbles.
