Thaibox
Thanks E and C. Encouragement means a lot from you guys. Today I wasn't going to bend, because my hands/wrists still hurt. But, I had too. What can I say, that's what addiction does to you. So much for backing off frequency. -----High volume light BENDS 40 5 twist timber ties 20 40d's 10 different pieces of 3/16 and 1/4 square stock(this stuff is cool) 20 easy grade 2 hex bolts Made a tight rolled bonsai tree 'ala Brookfield' out of 3/16" square stock....looks cool Even though I didn't do any heavy work, they're really hurting right now. I'm going to go do some temp therapy, then soak them in tigerbalm and wear tight gloves for the rest of the day. Then, hopefully I can talk my girl into a wrist/hand massage when she gets home today I'm going to take the next 3 days completely off from bending. I'm going to eat a lot, ball roatations, a little gripper stuff, slight sledge work, and then fold as many Grade 5's as I can on Saturday. Hopefully more than
Thaibox
I'm sitting here staring at my collection of bolts and nails, reciting my mantra for self-control........ "I will not bend anything today" "I will not bend anything today" "I will not bend anything today"

Thaibox
Hey, get your ass in gear man! Now that you fired me back up yesterday, its on. My squeeze on your dyno was so sad that I have to put crush back into my training somewhere. The 212.5k and 230k bars are both dead. I'm going to see what I can do with the 245k bar tonight if anything. I'm also going to chalk up my G5's tonight and see how many I can kill. After 3 weeks of dead time.....Real training begins again today.
