Todays workout: Bench: 135 2x8 205x5 225 2x4 235x3 Pulldowns 140 3x8 One arm chest supported rows 75 4x8 Hub lifts: RH: 25lb x1, 28lb 4x1 LH: 25lb x1, 27lb 2x1(2 failed attempts) I microloaded by adding the little pink fitness dumbells my gym has. One of my instructors old adaptive jiu jitsu students showed up(he has been in flight school for the military). He absolutely beat the crap out of all of us. It was a lot of fun. What our teacher did was had us each face all of the other students, 4 minute matches, about 30 second breaks in between matches. Lever to face and away(I will call this lever 1): end of handle, 2 reps each hand. Lever from side up to paralles to floor(lever 2): about 2 1/2 feet, 1 rep max lever side to side(lever 3): about 1 1/4 feet away, 1 rep max. Monday: Bench: 135 2x8 185x5 205x5 225x5 Pulldowns: 140 4x8 Tricep pushdowns: 70 4x8 wednesday: Double overhand deads: 135x5 225x5 315x3 405 5x1(I could only hang on to the weight for one rep) barbell curls(strait bar) 45x10 65x10 75x8 95x5 crunches standing w/ high pully for resistance: 60x8 80 5x8 Today (thursday): nail bending: 27 6 inch 3/16 nails 10 5 inch 3/16 nails I will be doing JiuJitsu from 5-8 sun/tues/thurs(unless working) and monday/wednesday from 11-2(unless working). I'm going to have to try and find someone to open the weight room up mondays and fridays around 3 oclock so I can get in some kick boxing/Kalis Illiustrisimo/MMA work on monday and hopefully so I can just lift on fridays(usually work on fridays 5-close).
