Bench: 190x6, 200 2x5, 215 2x4

Military Presses: 105+Chains PR

3 way DB Raises: 3x20 each way 15lbs

Rotators: 3x10 15lbs

Pinch grip: 3 10’s x 10seconds, 2 25’s x 20 seconds right, just off the floor left, 5 5’s easy both hands, 6 fives right for 30 seconds left about 5, did two extra sets of 5 5’s with my left hand.

GOT MY GRIPPERS!!!!!!! :rock

no set trainer: about 15 attempts, 5 successes right and about 4 left

not set #1: about another 10 no successfulls

about three negatives with each hand on the # 1

Knee raises: 3x10

I cant put my grippers down... I did those 15 attempts in about 20 minutes at home. tried some #1's at the weightroom between sets of deads and knee ups with no real luck. I can't even close the trainer now. It's funny b/c my hands don't feel that dead.

Cool, glad you got your grippers. Be careful, when i first got my grippers i couldn' put them down either. And after About a week of using them every day i developed some tendinitus in my hand, nothing serious but i did have to put them down for about a week.

I've closed them each about 50 times a piece in the last 3 days. Maybe I should stop for at least the next 3 days... oh and I have blisters on my ring and middle fingers on both hands.

worked up to 70lb db's

I just realized how many PR's I've been braking lately. Feels good.

one arm chest supported cable rows: 5x5 130lbs

I just went through 6 days of BJJ. At least 3 hours a day. Yesterday was a seminar with Roy Harris. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to spend the whole weekend with Roy and 3 of his best students. He even allowed me to sit in on a blue belt testing. Very nice guy and great attention to details.

Finally back to the weightroom after vacation. I think I've wrestled at least ten times in the last 2 weeks. Anyways:

Bench: 225 3x3(felt like crap)

Plate pinches:

2 25's

8x1 LH(last one miss)

8x1 RH

Hub Lifts:

25lb plate 4x1 each hand

Grip strength felt good today. I need to move up in weight for plate pinches my next session.

Was watching some grip movies and got excited so I decided to do some gripper work.

Trainer:

1x1 left hand

1x1 Right hand

#1:

Looked at the movies and then how I was gripping and played with positioning of my gripper. I did about 3 attempts each hand. OH SO CLOSE!!!!!!

I Closed the Iron Mind #1. I started playing around with where to place the gripper in my hand and closed my #1. FINALLY!!!!! about 1/4 of an inch away with my left. WWOOOO!!!

Looking at ordering a Titan Fury Bench shirt. Also needed:Gi for BJJ and #2 or a tweener. Just a wish list I'm starting.

Yesterday's workout. My friend got back from college this week. We are very competitive with each other. We ended up with a pinch grip contest. Then I took him to my BJJ class.

Illegally wide bench

135x6, 185x6, 225x4PR(first time doing these)

Hub lifts:

25lb 3x1

Plate lifts:

3 10'sx1

4 10'sx1

2 25'sx1

35+25x1PR

We then went to BJJ and kicked the crap out of each other. My instructor basically gave us an open mat and let us go at it. We wrestled for (literally) 10 minutes and neither of us won. Instructor made us stop. Fun stuff...

Did some phone book tearing yesterday.

4 phonebooks ~3/4 inch thick

1 phonebook ~ 1 1/2 inch thick

1 Phonebook ~ 2 inches thick

All done the "cheat" way.

A few minutes ago:

Trainer: 2x1 Right and left

#1: 1x1 Right and left

#1 timed closes:

20seconds RH

12seconds LH
