Close Grip 3 Board Press 185x8x2 sets Band PushDowns 2 sets of 20 I still that some kind of kink or sprain in my mid back, one of my lower thoracic vertebrae I believe. It doesn't really hurt that bad, but it does hurt when I put my back in certain positions. I probably won't be lifting on Saturday, AHHHHHHH, if I do it will be some gay stuff.
