AllMight_
Great progress brother. Question, do you only train grippers twice a week? I too am new to the grip sport and am working to Close the CoC #3. I want to close it with a 30mm set first to qualify for the Mash Monster Oppenners but eventually Certify with CoC. Whats your supplemental work look like currently?

Whats your supplemental work look like currently? I train grippers 1.5 times a week, I rest 4 days between each session so the day I train changes each week, as I get stronger get I will slowly move towards training grippers once a week, once the work I’m doing is intense enough that that much rest is needed. i do a lot of accessories eh, i will train with the grippers inverted at the end of each gripper session and train wrist flexion and extension, finger extension, I train pinch both static and dynamic, I train my thumb additionally detonator style. I do arm wrestling style riser and pronation as well as supination work, and I also do some high rep pinky pad work with a light resistance band to try and get my pinky pad to grow.

I think we have a similar protocol but my frequency is too high. I may need to cut back to 2x per week specifically for grippers
