2 sets per hand 

I feel this route is the one to bear fruit. I’m thinking grippers and possibly grip in general can and should be approached more like a powerlifting cycle. 
 

Not a controversial concept but one I’m gonna enjoy playing with.

2 3/8” DB wrist curls 3x15/ 52.5…these are like the Jedd Johnson WC demonstrated on his Inch DB video

The plan is to build a large base and try to peak it out. Going to use 4 week mini cycles and then rest, then repeat. I’ll try to cut volume and add intensity as I go.

1.5 8, 8…I now think it’s time to move up to the Au for rep work here!

IM 2 ALMOST 2…this feels harder than my same rgc 103 rated CU which I’ve repped before…I think 3 or 4 reps here I’ll be close on the hard Pt, and maybe more

Au 8, 7

RH GHP 6

Will do Horn on Monday…trying to get my work done and rest a few days before I hit PR sets of 5 in the BP & SQ.

Hit my warm ups at +90, +105, +120/1 BH

LH +125/ 4, 2, 1, 1

RH +122.5/ 3, 1, 2, 1

Hands were shot today…nbd

I think doing grippers instead of horn a few days ago caused this.

Either way, time to keep on going and not let it get to me!
