Florian Kellersmann
Plate-(wrist-)curls and levering sledges are the best wrist exercises for armwrestling. I think RT-work can help you against a toproll. But at least, all gripexercise are good. Your hands become thicker and stronger and feel more uncomfortable for your opponents. Griparn
I think Brzenk is a honest man. He has answered many questions about how he have trained and giving tips to others. You can read this on www.armwrestling.com
maverick
John Brzenk will answer any question you ask him honestly. He has nothing to hide. If you want my opinion why john is such a talented armwrestler it is for 2 reasons. First his father and older brother are former world champs. While I was in 8th grade and armwrestling on cafeteria tables john Brzenk was training with a world champ. He has been raised in the sport of armwrestling. He lives and breathes it. He has also been doing this for a very long time. Thats what makes him a champ. There are no secrets to armwrestling. Hard work and patience. Thats it. P.S. John has said he can closes the #2 COC before.
