Attempt at two IM whites together - Just kinked these a little 4. I finished off one of the IM whites. 5. 6" x 1/4" grade 2 hex bolt marked HKT 6. Attempt at 5.5" x 1/4" grade 2 hex bolt (HKT) - I kinked this about 10 degrees. I have a huge job this weekend that will be very physical, so I will not report any workouts until next week. chrisof4 Posted August 11, 2004 Author Share Posted August 11, 2004 8/11/2004 Well my job ran WAY longer than I thought it would, and I basically went three weeks with no workouts. I managed to get a lifting workout in on Monday, and today I did some bending. Bending: 1. Two easy TT's (8-twist) 2. One medium TT (12-twist) 3. One 6" hex bolt marked HKT 4. Attempt at a blue - Managed about a 15 degree bend 5. 8" x 1/4" HRS 6. One 6" hex bolt marked HKT 7. Attempt at third 6" hex bolt, but barely kinked it. Not too bad for being away from it for three weeks. I am looking forward to another bending session in a few days, and probably a weight workout tomorrow night.
