No workout today, but my COC grippers finally arrived, so decided to give the #2.5 a squeeze and see how it felt.

Nice! Looked easy.

Thanks Nuttgens! First 2.5 I've touched in 5+ years, so I was happy it closed. Appreciate the support.

Keep consistent in training and mindful of your recovery, and you'll be doing that to the #3 sooner than you think.

Nice close.

That's good training right there.  Add a deep set on a #3 or equivalent gripper.

Thanks Dubya, I'll definitely add a #3 deep set in next session. Wasn't feeling very strong today, so was glad to get my first CCS close on that 2.5, but didn't want to push it anymore. Will take an extra recovery day and hit them again in 3 days with a deep set added on the 3. Appreciate ya!

Good plan on the recovery, but it is important to be making attempts on your goal gripper, even if they are partials or cheated reps.  It's perfect as a finisher to the workout.  Furthermore, I recommend cheating the gripper closed on any failed rep. Glad you're adding the deep set.  Hope it helps!
