Never great for mood or performance, and the 2 are interlinked for me. However work (online only these days) is going great. Grippers 5x20 #3 parallel L 5x30 #3 clicks R, 5x3 #3 parallel R Inch 10 triples each hand 2x20 pinch 10x5 each hand Blob 25kg 5 singles, still hate blobs. Thumbless baby inch 53kg 3x8 each hand. No weights, arms will be tomorrow. Probably a good thing giving my elbows an extra day.
