Up to inch+26kg drop set into inch x 2

 

 

Today

Bench 180kg/400lbx10 cold and felt like crap 

Inch rows 10 reps PR

Inch rows rest pause 30 total reps

2x20kg pinch for rows,  curls etc, videos on my Facebook link below

Blob 25kg 10 rows from floor 

Wrist curls 53kg baby inch

Helped out at a strongman comp loading so barely got to train today due to lack of time. 

 

Never great for mood or performance,  and the 2 are interlinked for me. However work (online only these days) is going great. 

 

Grippers

5x20 #3 parallel L

5x30 #3 clicks R, 5x3 #3 parallel R

 

Inch

10 triples each hand 

 

2x20 pinch

10x5 each hand 

 

Blob 

25kg 5 singles,  still hate blobs. 

 

Thumbless baby inch 53kg

3x8 each hand.

 

No weights, arms will be tomorrow. Probably a good thing giving my elbows an extra day.

2x20kg 3x8 wrist curl/flexion (Poor ROM , will get better)

Did grippers last to purposely make more challenging.

Legs good for 20. Cardio is terrible. Being addressed and going to get fitter ASAP

Highlights from this week. Busy with work so trained as usual but not logged much.

 

350kg/770lb squat sleeves only.

 

320kg/705lb x 3 stiff bar deadlift. 

 

Inch wrist curl x 7 and 3x6.

 

Pinch 4x20kg.

 

Bench 180kg/400lbx12. 

 

Grippers tetting elite x 30,25 clicks
