apple
York47.5lb Grip Rush I honestly don't understand the benefits of reps where you lift block weights, Jedd and others do them but I don't really understand them. I prefer to work out with block weights that are weighted and held in the top position for about 5 seconds.
apple
Hey guys, long time no see! Thanks for those who messaged me. I've been continuing my training, but haven't been able to post to Girpboard. KWN60(27.5Kg) KWN60 is by far more difficult to lift than Fatman.
apple
Hi guys. Long time no see. I didn't write here, but I've been training for a while. I'm down to 64kg and not in the best of shape. My training is still mainly lifting block weights. My personal record is lifting KWN 60 and KWN 50 with added weights. I also lift a variety of other block weights.

apple
"JGR 50 + 5.5 kg" lifted to knee position. The difficulty of lifting JGR50 is about the same as lifting “York Fatman Blob”.

apple
JGR40 is a replica of a York 80lb half block. This is a lifting movie of JGR40 with a 14.75 kg(Total:33.65kg) weight. I would like to be able to lift it with about 20kg weight.
apple
JGR 50 + 6kg(Total:68lb) The difficulty of lifting JGR50 is about the same as lifting “York Fatman Blob”. My nails are cracked. It's not uncommon for a nail to break if you're seriously training for block weights, guys.

apple
KWN60 lift. KWN60 is much more difficult than Fatman York100half. However, I don't think it's the same difficulty level as York120half. To be honest, my perception is that they are equally difficult or I can't determine which one is more difficult.
