Second close : filled standard fe 146 rgc and third attempt coc 3 148 ccs attempt. I could do 55kg max on rgt but from some height so it was easier. I got an other rolling handle but didnt train regurarly. Last week started doing rolling handle regurarly to lift the inch dumbbell. I believe my rolling handle strength is from grippers. Because i trained grippers regurarly lamst year.
