My Grip Journey

In this topic i will upload some of my gripper closes. My long term goal is to certify on Coc #3. Here are some of my best gripper attemplts . BW 61kg Hand size 19cm.

Today i tried 162 cobalt gripper with deepset and a 350lbs gripper with average rating 200 rgc lbs for fun with deepset. My deepset is getting stronger.

Keep training those deep sets dude that's the best way to get stronger!

You can always gradually go wider later on or just do some wider sets on a different day.

Today i tried ghp 7 (141 rgc) block set . i failed but i was closer from what i thought i would be able to do.

Thanks , i will gain weight im only 61kg right now my goal is to be 75 kg but with healthy food so i will be stronger.

Musle mass doesn't seem to affect gripper performance at all at least not for me so that is not a guarantee.

i will get stronger overall but i agree with what you said. I was 80 kg and couldnt close the 2.5.

Getting stronger overall is a great idea good luck on your journey man!

Keep training stay injury free and you will be a beast in no time!

Yesterday i went to grip competition. 

I tried Rolling Thunder for first tme. i maganed to do 62.5kg (we tried the handles before contest to see what weights we will put and i did 70kg there but failed on stage to do that again). 

I tried also pinch hub for first time i managed to do 20kg on my best attempt. 

And finally i tried silver bullet with coc 3 and managed to hold it for 16 seconds.

I started doing weighted pullups and chinups to make them more challenging.

Dang man, you've got a lot of natural strength. That 148 CoC 3 hold was super impressive. I'm still a year out (if not more) from being able to attempt such a feat. Those weighted pull ups were impressive as well.

Thanks. pullups and chinups are my favorite exercises.
