2. SB HG 300 + 5 kg = 60 sec (PB)


3. Shallow hub static holds 
17 kg
5*15 sec

4. 60.5 mm thick handle DB lift
85 kg 6*2 reps + 4 reps in 60 sec
Total: 16 reps

2. Releasing after winds (about 15-20 tosses overall)

39.0 kg *12 reps in 60 sec (PB)
41.5 *3 reps
36.5 kg * 17 reps in 60 sec

2. DE BP:
126 kg 3*3 (break between sets 45 sec)
115 kg + 22 kg bands at the top 3*3 (break between sets 45 sec)
115 kg + 24 kg bands at the top 2*3 (break between sets 45 sec)

Feel terrible (very sweat like took a bath) - far not the best DE BP session

76 kg:
1 set -15 reps break 7 mins
2 set -15 reps break 8 mins
3 set -15 reps break 12 mins
4 set - 15 reps (cluster set - very exhaustive)

Total: 60 reps (planned 100 reps but gave up) 

Afternoon:

2. 2HP mouse pinch (52mm width):
77,5 kg 14*3 reps break between sets 60 sec

Shot put throwing:
