sets from 11 to 13 are done without rest (had a rest while weight on the bar was decreasing)

10 minutes break

2 serie:

1 set - 14 reps (50 sec break between sets)
2 set - 13 reps
3 set - (cluster set) 6+3+3+3+3+5+4 up to 60 + reps between serie of reps - break = 10-15 sec


10 minutes break

3 serie:

1-2 set *12 reps
3 set - 8 reps (felt very exhausted)

2. 55 mm AA DL from 15 cm blocks
135 kg *15 reps

3. Pull ups with 2.25 inches thick handles

125 kg 4*3 reps


Evening:

1. DE BP:

130 kg + 22 kg chains at the top *2 reps
120 kg + 22 kg chains at the top 5 *2 reps


Sling shot

140 kg + 22 kg chains at the top 5*2 reps

230 lbs
Strip ladder 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 = 55 reps (Total time of workout about 10 minutes)
