Very weak day. Lots of pain, called the bending quickly and did a bunch of light 2 club work.

Just a terrible week. One of those where you want to throw everything out the window and be a fat ass on the couch instead.

First off my apologies to everyone that followed my previous log for the Club swinging videos. I had some medical issues including migraines, depression and some joint issues. In a better place now and I will try and be more consistent within the community here. As a natural introvert with few friends it's easy to always fade back.

Today has seen my second session doing DO bending.

1/4x7 and 1/4x6 CRS melted in singles

E rod was wobbled in singles and finished in doubles which was a decent tough bend for me.

My youtube channel has many more videos up now: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFgRThvVvK-5av0bmqZbFHg

Not a club video but a recent one I posted on Facebook and my youtube channel.

Looking into getting a good trainer for my old cross country racing bike. Should lean up again and focus more on taking care of my knees.

Torn extensors may not heal properly, between that and other health issues I am considering just walking away from grip. Stay focused in other areas and not risk further injury.

That would mean selling or trading 99% or my grip stuff.

Sorry to hear that.   Rest up and get healthy...

As much as we love grip here at the GripBoard, your overall health --both physical and mental-- is the most important.

That said, maybe you just need an extended vacation from ALL grip and bending work, and in a few months you could just try David Horne's Beginners Grip workout.

Also, I saw in one of your previous log post that you had thought about stopping this Training Log and starting another.   I think you could have one of the moderators just change the name of this one to whatever you feel is more appropriate.  That way you can still share your journey and the curious people can see what other approaches are like.    (I learned about that dumbbell swing from your log)

good luck with everything, and either way thanks,

Rich

I've been on a break for awhile now. Just need to re-balance myself these days. The community here is great, definitely not planning to leave.

Taking a look around this place. Blobs, Grippers, Bending Stock, TTK, Inch Pro trainer, Stronger Grip leverage block and ball grip lever. Side-winder pro extreme. Bunch of stuff

Time to start taking pictures. Not sure where I will price things yet, but I am thinking that I would basically trade the lot for a new Xbox One (for the family to use).

Indeed...I'd buy it, but I'd hold it for you if you want to repurchase it.  I know from experience that things look bleak in one moment, and not so much in another.

Focus on health and something that will further trash my body. Being 38 and already waiting on a knee replacement, labrum tear and now the elbow again. Cycling keeps the knee moving so I am riding more again, hopefully race on the track next summer. Clubs for my upper body and some other basic drills.

I did not get a photo but I also have Big Boy dumbbells from IM. Forgot to open the other container and see what I keep in it. Might be a couple other things.

Really wish I could just take offers for items as I hate coming up with prices lol.

I hate to take advantage of your situation but could  take the bending stuff off your hands....

Yeah the other container has a Rogue dip belt, IM Hub (older one), the big boy DB's. Push Up Spikes maybe some other stuff need time to sort it all out.
