As much as we love grip here at the GripBoard, your overall health --both physical and mental-- is the most important. That said, maybe you just need an extended vacation from ALL grip and bending work, and in a few months you could just try David Horne's Beginners Grip workout. Also, I saw in one of your previous log post that you had thought about stopping this Training Log and starting another. I think you could have one of the moderators just change the name of this one to whatever you feel is more appropriate. That way you can still share your journey and the curious people can see what other approaches are like. Being 38 and already waiting on a knee replacement, labrum tear and now the elbow again. Cycling keeps the knee moving so I am riding more again, hopefully race on the track next summer. Clubs for my upper body and some other basic drills. I did not get a photo but I also have Big Boy dumbbells from IM. Forgot to open the other container and see what I keep in it.
