Kinks: A, C, E (wobble only). Some hits on FBBC Hex (slight wobble, very slight) Head ever clears up will hit that 320 again before long.

Shoulder woke me up early, hurt like hell. Figure the right has a labrum tear so I am fine tuning what pisses it off and what does not.

get them grippers rated... or are there to many?

also for those adjustable dumbbell DB swings, why not have the extra dumbbell stick out only one side?  I would be worried I would catch my pants or skin...

@richcottrell I just got several rated. Doing them in batches over time.

 

As for the DB's they are the BigBoy DB's from Ironmind I got them years ago. No real risk of catching anything doing them close to right.

My log is a bit all over the place right now. I'm experimenting with a few things to see what feels "good" while I focus more on bending. Also needing to address weak points as always.
