PeterSweden
Half a year to go up .5. Have you considered doing something else for the coming 6 months? Trying new things will help you find the best training for you. I know RRBT worked great for lots of ppl, including me. High reps in general seem to work great for grippers too. David Wigren and Chez use higher rep ranges and get great results.
Grind
Half a year to go up .5. Have you considered doing something else for the coming 6 months? David Wigren and Chez use higher rep ranges and get great results. Ohh did not think it was a bad result. I read that some people take more than 1 year to progress to a #2. .5 sounds small but it's still a 20lb gap. A #1.5 is closer to a #1 than to a #2. If I can book 20lb gains every 6 months I will be a happy gripper. In the beginning progression went slow because I did all the gripstuff (fat bar every training, rolling thunder 2 times a week, block lifts, hub lifts, vertical bar, plate curls). Sometimes I noticed I was getting weaker at grippers. About 2 a 3 months ago I got a golfers injury (overtraining) and did not do any grip stuff for one month. The last 2 months I'm doing only grippers and noticed I was making gains every training. Thnx for the input, appreciate it a lot.

Royz
How are your hips and back feeling?
Grind
Hips and low back is getting stable and strong. I would'nt be able to walk with 250kg on my upperback. Because of the issue's from my pelvis I had also developed some upperback, chest and lats triggerpoints. Every training it's getting better. I give myself till the end of this year to be the old/new me and be able to break some pr's next year.

Grind
Modified my Tetting grippers, BBSM, BBGM, BBE, to adjustable grippers. Will rate them soon. I think I will have a range between 105lb ~ 185lb. Mount depth on picture (1,5mm/4mm/8mm).

Grind
Haha the only fun I'm having now is rating these grippers. It will take some time for me to use them for training.
Geralt
Since you seem to be quite handy, have you considered tapping the handles for inserting an extended handle? Could be very beneficial.
