Thank you! 

It is ironic I’m training for strength and my forte has become high reps. But at least it’s preventing overtraining and keeping my motivation level high.

Squat

143x20 PR! Cuz I’ve never done more than 15 on squats with any weight. 

That was most unpleasant. Blood pressure was 178/98 with a 98 pulse shortly after I finished.

Nuts dude! I've thought about doing it but always came up with a hard nahhh. Congrats! Helluva mental game on those.

Mental is right! Even the first five is hard, because you know you’ll have 15 more to go when you finish it. My lower back was one big painful knot on the last five. 

Definitely cardio.
