gm1swm
Workout for today looked like this: 1 x #3.5 CCS...1/4" off 6 x #3.5 MMS 7 x #3 CCS 7 x Z3 TNS TTK - 10 lbs. 5 x 8 Plate curls with this odd 10 lbs plate that doesn't feel like 10 lbs - 2 x
gm1swm
Fired up Cycle #2 today... Started off with a lengthy warm-up...focused on warming up my forearms as they felt pretty tight. Moved onto a CCS attempt of the #3.5...I'm down to mm's now!! I foresee a CCS at the end of this run! Work sets were done using a GHP7 rated at 157. 20 wide-set singles with 4 singles that were waived off (24 in total). These got brutal around the tenth single...kept having to re-chalk and my rests started going out to 4-5 minutes in between each rep. The estimated 8-9 lbs difference between this gripper and the #3 I used the last cycle, along with the near negligible spread difference is definitely noticeable!! Dynamic Thumb Work - 5 x 10 IMTUG3 Ring/Pinkie work - 5 x 5 IMTUG5 Extensor work - Red bad - 1x failure
Geralt
Work sets with a 157 Ghp7 is tough! Strong work! You will get it.
gm1swm
Trained yesterday... 24 x wide set singles with GHP7 + 3 singles that were missed. I think I've over trained....I've been bothered by allergies for two weeks now with no signs so slowing.
gm1swm
Yesterday's training was 30 x wide-set singles excluding three singles that were fail, all with the GHP7. This gripper made for a very grueling week of training...seriously! I thought last month with the #3 was horrible... Next month's first week, I'm going 10/15/20 using a gripper in the mid 160's.
