A few guys wear chucks with mobiles but I would say to stay away from that as it can very hard on your feet and joints. Wear a tennis shoe that doesn't have too much give or a hiking shoe, like Merrel's. You're still making really good progress, don't worry too much about speed right now, just on getting stronger. You're already fast and atheletic, once you stabilize the weight the speed will come.
