Thank's Mike, I've got some great role models! I'm going to ask James and Kelly if there's anything else this year I could train for, but until I've found something I'm going to work on my Yolk, Farmers, Drags/Carrys, and Stones/Loading along with some traditional barbell stuff. Any events to focus on just from looking at the training or comp results?

Ok thanks for the heads up! Let me know if it works now! I do them as a prehab exercise, just because as I understand it biceps injuries are the most common when training strongman events... And I'll do anything to sneak extra arm work in! Haha
